There is no secret about how to lose weight naturally and fast.
It is about understanding your metabolism converts energy from food into the energy we use for our normal body functions e.g. standing, sitting, walking, running, gardening etc.
Basal Metabolism is the metabolic rate we need for basic bodily functions e.g.breathing, heart beating. Basal Metabolism is how fast your "engine" would run even if you sat and did nothing all day. Basal Metabolism can account for at least 1200 calories in most of us. But depends on sex, weight and height.
